Condition Assessment

Deterioration, in particular that which is triggered by environmental factors, is as a rule exceedingly complex. Damages first become recognizable to the naked eye at a late point, when the destruction has already advanced far. At the same time, the repair costs increase exponentially with the degree of damage.

As a basis for economically and technically justifiable protection and repair measures and the ability to recognize the risk for future damages early, we utilise all traditional condition assessment methods and a multitude of modern low destruction and non-destructive testing methods. As a result we employ technical equipment to guide our examination. The investigations on site are supported by selectively extracted construction samples that are analyzed in a laboratory to offer scientifically sound examination results and a clarification of the cause of the damage.
